The slow week, reviewed honestly
Nora came for the Recharge week with no plan beyond sleeping. We asked her to write down what actually happened, day by day, and to keep the bad bits.

Founder & head coach
Day one I slept through the first yoga class and felt guilty about it for roughly four minutes. Nobody else cared. The rooftop at eight in the morning is quiet, the tea is free, and the sea does the rest.
What the week is
Two yoga classes a day, one hammam, one massage, and breakfast that keeps going until eleven. Everything is optional. That sounds like marketing until you realise it means you can skip a class without anyone asking why.
What it is not
It is not a retreat with a silence rule. Dinner is loud and shared, and on the Thursday the roof turns into a Gnawa concert. If you want a monastery, this is the wrong house.
Would I come back? I extended by three nights, so yes.
