Terms

These are the conditions you agree to when you book a bed, a room or a package with Fu Space Hostel in Tamraght, Morocco. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you book.

Booking and payment

A booking is held once we have confirmed your dates and received a deposit of 20% of the total. The balance is due on arrival, by card or in cash. Prices on this site are quoted in euros; payment on arrival is taken in dirhams at the day’s rate.

Packages booked through our payment partner follow the deposit shown on that package’s page. The rest of these conditions still apply.

Changing or cancelling

• Cancel more than seven days before arrival and the deposit is returned in full.
• Cancel within seven days and the deposit is kept.
• Leave early and the nights already begun are charged.
• Moving your dates is free once, if the house has room.

Arriving and leaving

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am. Arriving late is fine — tell us roughly when and someone will be up. Bags can be left with us on either side of your stay.

The house

• Quiet hours run from midnight to 7am, out of respect for the dawn patrol.
• The women-only dorm is women only, without exception.
• Smoking is outside; the roof is the place for it.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Lockers are provided; bring a padlock or buy one from us.
• Damage beyond ordinary wear is charged at cost.

Surf, yoga and excursions

Sessions run with qualified coaches and are adapted to conditions. We may move or cancel a session when the ocean or the weather says so; where a package includes a set number of sessions, a cancelled one is rescheduled within your stay or refunded. Taking part is at your own risk, and travel insurance covering watersports is strongly recommended.

Photographs

We sometimes photograph the house and its sessions. Tell any member of staff if you would rather not appear, and we will not use pictures of you.
